Founded by Jessie Luther and Mark Taylor in 2015, our firm was built to be more than a traditional law practice—it’s a non-partisan government affairs and strategic advisory firm dedicated to helping clients navigate the evolving landscape shaped by law, policy, and politics. Jessie
Luther
Jessie brings nearly two decades of experience in governmental affairs, lobbying, and campaign finance. Her work includes drafting and advocating for legislation, advising clients on political strategy and compliance, and representing clients before the Montana Legislature and administrative agencies. Jessie earned her B.A. in Political Science with High Honors and her J.D. from the University of Montana, and she remains actively involved in professional and community organizations across the state. In her free time, Jessie enjoys traveling, hiking with Archie, and the occasional round of golf.
Principal/Attorney at Law
Mark
Taylor
Mark earned his B.A. in Government from Georgetown University in 1993 and a J.D. from the University of Montana in 1997. He has extensive experience in business, legislative, and regulatory matters, particularly in Montana’s healthcare, energy, technology, development, ranching and outdoor recreation sectors. Mark has served as Chair of the St. Peter’s Hospital Board of Directors and has held positions on the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana Advisory Board, the Pontifical Gregorian University Foundation Board, the Sacred Story Institute Board, and other corporate boards. Raised near Lewistown, he continues to operate his family ranch and enjoys time with his wife, Elaine, and daughters, Morgan and Raegan, as well as hunting, golfing, fishing, and traveling.
Grace
Bentley
Grace graduated with honors from Hillsdale College in 2020 with a B.S. in Mathematics and earned her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law in 2023. Prior to joining the Taylor Luther Group, Grace worked as a commercial real estate associate at Moore & Van Allen in Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally from Helena, Montana, she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband Joe, and their two hunting dogs.
Project Manager
Dylan Sandry
Dylan earned his B.A. in Political Science from Montana State University in Bozeman in 2022. He first joined our team for the 2023 and 2025 Montana legislative sessions before coming on board full-time. Originally from Missoula, Montana, Dylan enjoys skiing, golfing, hunting, and traveling outside of work.

Archie
With six years of dedicated service at Taylor Luther Group, this Boston Terrier has become an indispensable member of the team. Known for an unwavering commitment to office morale, and vigilant oversight of snacks and foot traffic, Archie approaches every workday with focus and enthusiasm. His core competencies include greeting visitors and supervising meetings from the couch. Outside the office, Archie enjoys hiking, napping, and his role with the neighborhood watch where he monitors activity from the nearest window.
